Normally used to mount a UHF TV aerial

For mounting externally on gable wall or on a chimney (Using 2 coach screws)

Alternatively mount in an attic mounted off a rafter (Normally supported by a set of 4 screws)

Cannot give the extra height required to get over the roof if mounted on a gable wall

Can only be used to mount a single aerial

It is not really suitable for mounting a satellite dish
