This product is designed to combine a VHF/UHF signal with a signal from a satellite dish i.e.

Allows the installation of a satellite dish and an aerial using a single cable

It is always used as part of a set i.e. a combiner and a splitter Combiner & Wall Plate or 2x Combiners (1 in reverse)

It provides a very simple and cheap solution to the issue of running a satellite feed and an aerial feed but only have 1 cable

It works extremely well & is very easy to install It's a neat and compact unit

Primarily for outdoor usage but can be used indoor or in the attic

These units have a marginally higher level of signal loss than the professional combiners - but normally they will still work fine

Though it works without issue in 95% plus of cases, sometimes there can be interference problems caused either by the satellite box or by a TV aerial (especially if it is powered)
