Citizen Phone FOR ELDERLY AND/OR SOMEONE WITH VISION ISSUES OR HAND ISSUES …. I got this for my elderly mom ( in her 80s ) …. she has complained about her cell phones cause she cant use her fingers good on the regular cell phones small buttons and don’t like the smart phones w/ the glass screen faces …. she wanted a cell ( that’s not a flip phone ) w/ BIG BUTTONS on it and simple to use … I purchased her this cell, programmed all her numbers needed into it, and now she is very happy. She expecially loves the VOICE FEATURE that it has when she pushes a number and it speaks ( also letting her know the correct button was pushed if dialing a number not programmed ) and also loves that it CHARGES ON A BASE and she doesn’t have to try to plug in cell to charge.

This Senior Citizen Phone works fine, it was unlocked and noted and accepted my Cricket SIM with out much issue. My problem was that the antenna and receiver seems much weaker that the phone that i replaced as i don’t get signal in a lot of places that I use to get on the old phone. If your close to antenna or on the major highways it is probably not a major issue but for me i could no longer receive signal at my home which I was able to do with my old phone

This is a nice simple phone for senior or someone who wants something simple. One thing that could be added is a icon for the address book instead of the dots. I like how easy it is to put on the cradle to charge. My moms Tmobile sim card fit fine and was up and running in a few mins.
